Recipe Type: Smoothies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk alternative (pea, hemp, almond, coconut)

  • 1 banana

  • 2 TBSP natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup cooked (chilled or frozen) beets

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, in the order listed above.

  2. Start blender at low and gradually increase to maximum (or use a smoothie setting if you have it). Add additional water if too thick.

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut kefir

  • 1/2 cup pineapple

  • 1/2 cup mango

  • 1 TBSP green raisins

  • 2 TBSP hemp hearts

  • 2 cups baby spinach or kale

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, in the order listed above.

  2. Start blender at low and gradually increase to maximum (or use a smoothie setting if you have it). Add additional water if too thick.

  • 2 TBSP hemp hearts

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, in the order listed above.
  2. Start blender at low and gradually increase to maximum (or use a smoothie setting if your blender has it). Add additional water if too thick.
