When it's time to start introducing your little one to solid foods, a mix of emotions are often felt by parents and caregivers. While your baby may be excited to start trying foods they see mom and dad eating, parents may feel anxious and nervous about this next step.  Not all babies are ready for this stage at the same age, and their preferences for flavours and textures also differ. Multigrain Salad

Multigrain Salad

As a dietitian, and foodie, I eat most (healthy) foods, however quinoa is one of the super-foods that I am just not that into. I enjoy it sparingly added to salads, soups, but to enjoy a bowl of it, I'd rather pass. That's what I love so much about this multi-grain salad - the multiple grains! It's not just quinoa; its quinoa + barley + wheat berries + whatever other whole grains you have in your pantry.
